Refund and Exchange Policy:
Tickets for the Happy Fayre, Holistic Camping Event are non-refundable. However, exchanges may be considered by the organisers on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for further assistance. You are free to transfer your tickets or resell them, however the Happy Fayre organisers must be informed with all the relevant info via mail.

Event Activities:
The event includes a variety of activities such as live music, firewalking, sweat lodge, yoga, drumming, talks, and fireside stories. Participants and attendees with socialized, leashed dogs are welcome.

Waiver of Liability:
By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the activities mentioned above, releasing the organizers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event. To the fullest extent possible in the SA Law, we do not accept any liability for and you will have no claim in respect of any errors relating to the location of the event, of your camping stand, the quality of your camping stand, parking at the venue, the adequacy of the food and beverages at the venue, the quality of any services provided by independent contractors or the quality of sound, lightning and productions at the venue.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Please review this section regularly for updates.

Prohibited Items:
Open fires, unattended pets, rockets, fireworks and unattended children are strictly prohibited. The environment must be respected, and campers are expected to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Respectful Conduct:
Attendees are expected to be respectful of others, avoiding loud music and disruptive behavior. The serene environment of the event should be maintained for the enjoyment of all participants. Right of admission is reserved, thus persons deemed to behaviour in a manner that is dangerous or unacceptable in the opinion of the Happy Fayre, Greenlands farm, agents, contractors and or fellow happy Fayrers, will be refused admission and or be removed from the venue with no refund.

Swimming
Swimming in the dam at the Greenlands Farm, is not part of the Happy Fayre offering and as such you voluntarily assume the risk of serious injury or death by diving and swimming in the dam on your own volition.

Additional Guidelines:
Participants should adhere to local laws and regulations. Eco-friendly practices are encouraged; please dispose of waste responsibly. Emergency contact information should be provided.

Agreement
By buying a ticket to the Happy Fayre, you acknowledge your agreement to the terms and conditions as stated above.
